"Your attention to detail, especially safety measures was impeccable, from the constant use of relocating the pylons and second vehicle, to the placement of tire chocks, to the use of ear protection, to the placement of the workers as the job was being carried out, to the use of helmets, goggles and gloves, to the trimming of excess boughs for clear access, before the treetops were removed.
